EULA - End User License Agreement

End-user license agreement for Cash and the City

Copyright (c) Soft and the City, 2012-2022. All rights reserved.

1. The software can be used for free during trial period (15 days) for evaluation purpose. If an evaluation requires more time then trial period can be extended.

2. After trial period expiration the software have to be licensed in order to use it on regular basis. Licensing is done by buying activation key with forthcoming activation. Single activation key can be used on two computers. Using the same activation key on more than two computers is prohibited.

3. The software is provided AS IS without any warranty.

4. Users of the software may get support service from the developer of the software through e-mail (the e-mail address is on "About" form in the software) or forum on http://cashandthecity.com/forum. Average response time is not more than 7 days.

5. The software can be freely distributed over the Internet in the unchanged form only.

6. Making purchased (or obtained by any other way) activation key public is prohibited.

7. Disassembling or debugging the software is prohibited.

8. Any modifications of the software are prohibited.

9. The software can collect and send to the author impersonal usage statistics without any personal and financial information.
